After over a decade of honing her design skills on the job, in 1992 Yolanda was promoted to Creative Director and Vice President of  Color Design Art, a large national interior design firm serving the builder and developer community.

There she was personally responsible for executing high profile and demanding design assignments as well as supervising and mentoring several designers working under her.  Over this time she has earned scores of industry awards while also playing a key role in the company's management and new business development.

In 2009, in an effort to return to that what she most enjoys, Yoli elected to open her own firm. This has allowed her to return to more personal involvement with each and every project, affording her the opportunity for adding her personal touch to every job. 

While at Color Design Art, Yoli's devotion to excellence and personal caring generated the enduring loyalty of her clients, many of whom have followed her in her new venture.
